Bullying statistics in the United Stats show that about one in four kids in the U.S. are bullied on a regular basis. Between cyber bullying and bullying at school and home, the stats show that bullying can start at an early age and most parents don’t even know it. Let’s be honest for a minute and say kids are sponges, and they watch and mimic everything they see people do.

3 tips to help deal with bullying at an early age.

  1. Emotional Bullying: Are you the one who’s always telling your child he/she is dumb, stupid or can’t do something? If that’s the case than that’s the first step to a tormented childhood because kids need motivation and encouragement constantly and being negative can have a high impact on a child’s mental intake. It’s best to always motivate and tell them they can do whatever they set their mind too.
  2. Cyberbullying: Cyberbullying is becoming a real problem. It involves saying mean things online, putting unflattering things on someone’s social media wall, or sharing pictures with others of a person in compromising situations. Cyberbullying is such a problem that there are many kids who are harassed so much online that they go in depression and commit suicide.
